Junior Data Analysis/Coordinator

The Junior Data Analysis/Coordinator is responsible for managing the reporting and input data lifecycle for usage by Rasani Consulting and its affiliates. You will be required to manage data projects and coordinate with others in the organization to adopt data-driven processes and implement data in their decision-making. This role supports the organization by analyzing a variety of data sources, producing meaningful usage and sales reports that will provide an analytical perspective that will help steer the strategic direction of the company. The role is responsible for data gathering, report development, data management, and analysis of a broad set of regularly scheduled reports.

Key Tasks:

  • Responsible for the collection, compilation, organization, distribution, and maintenance of all data for the organization

  • Interpret data to find trends and patterns, and summarize finding using tables and charts

  • Develop data reports and presentations to be used daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually

  • Support Rasani team with data management, basic quality assurance efforts, including data review, data integrity, data documentation, and data cleaning

  • Working with Chief Strategy Officer to determine the strategy for purchasing new data

  • Working with Chief Strategy Officer and support team to create new data files based on set criteria and historical data on high performing data

  • Working with the development team to ensure consistency and integrity of all internal and client/affiliate facing data reporting

  • Loading and managing data into call platform and making timely data-driven decisions on when data has reached its end-of-life cycle

  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Ability to work midday to evening shift

  • Proven work experience as business intelligence, business analysis, or statistical analysis analyst

  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Junior Loan Officer

We are seeking a Junior Loan Officer to join our team! As we expand our business we are looking for candidates with great knowledge retention, attention to detail, great organizational skills, work well under pressure and top-notch communication skills to join our call center.

 

Position Summary: Our Marketing Associates are required to make outbound calls to homeowners that have opted-in on marketing websites or have previously enquired about a mortgage refinance or other financial service needs. The Associate will then qualify the homeowner, gather the appropriate information, and then connect him or her to our banking partners for mortgage origination.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Transfers phone calls to appropriate banking partners

  • Provides information about our programs.

Daily Requirements

  • Generate 5 Live Transfers (Sales) per day.

  • Required to make 400+ outbound calls a day on the automatic dialer.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Call Center Manager

The Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing operations for our telemarketing call center. The Call Center Manager is also responsible for directing agents’ workflow and workload as well as handling complaints, concerns, and questions. The individual should be a highly organized professional with management experience who can guarantee efficient operations of our call center. The Call Center Manager will work to increase client satisfaction and to ensure representatives meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas.

What We are Looking For:

We are looking for a skilled Call Center Manager to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and ability to meet and/or exceed revenue goals. This manager shall lead our representatives to better performance and improve service quality. The Call Center manager must be reliable and a results-driven professional to achieve tangible results for the Company. This individual will be capable of training, preparing, and motivating agents to provide excellent service and meet and or exceed goals.

Key Tasks:

  • Directly supervise a team of agents which includes: recruiting, training, developing, evaluating, and disciplining/correcting

  • As a result of strong leadership and well thought out success planning, meet and/or exceed weekly lead goals.

  • Provide coaching and assistance to call center representatives on an ongoing basis.

  • Answering representative’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls and issues

  • Assist with escalated issues as needed.

  • Develop work schedules and assign duties to direct reports.

  • Support and enforce company’s policies and procedures.

  • Developing goals for the call center’s day-to-day activities

  • Routinely perform quality analysis of agents to ensure satisfactory levels of performance.

  • Assume leadership responsibility for departmental tasks and call center activities as required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred

  • Flexibility to work a few shifts, including evening, and Saturdays to meet the needs of the organization.

  • 5 years’ experience within an outbound call center with focus/experience in call center operations with supervisory and training experience

  • Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and customer service skills required.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills

  • Ability to make decisive data driven decisions.

  • Advanced conflict resolution skill required.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
